This is the Castle Creations Phoenix-30 High Voltage Electronic Speed Control.
For use with Brushless motors only.

FEATURES: Extremely Low Resistance (0.005 Ohms)
Safe "Power On" arming program ensures motor will not accidentally
turn ON
Low torque soft start protects gear boxes and belt drives from shock
Dual Opto-Coupled (No BEC)
Microprocessor controlled tough surface mount construction
Audible arming signal
10AWG wiring for motor and battery leads
Smooth reverse exponential throttle
Self-calibrating endpoints maximize usable stick travel
Auto shut-down when throttle is lost
