This is the Heavy Duty High Capacity Fuel Filler Valve from Sullivan.

FEATURES: For large and giant scale RC airplanes
Fills or empties fuel tank safely without disconnecting any fuel
lines
Safe for all type of fuel including gasoline, glow fuel, or smoke oil
Aluminum alloy construction
Pull to open-push to close, prevents engine flooding while refueling
Works with 5/32" fuel tubing-no extra connections or fittings needed
Mounts flush with fuselage
