NEW MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for new items, unused, and in original packaging, with all manufacturers seals in tacked for a period of 30 days. Special ordered items may not be returned.

Orders being returned, that were shipped out with free shipping, will have the original shipping charges deducted from the refund.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY 

If you receive a defective product from Hobby Hobby you may return it within 30 days for a direct replacement, or repair. A defective product being returned directly to Hobby Hobby must be unused and in its original packaging. To ensure quick and accurate replacement of warranty products we recommend that you contact us for specific return instructions. Different manufacturers handle warranties in different ways and it may be beneficial to you to return the item directly to the manufacturer.

Once a product has been used, or after the 30, day period mentioned above, you must refer to the manufacturer's warranty for policies regarding repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects or other liability concerns. Most manufacturer's warranty their equipment for a limited time and in limited ways and a used faulty product should be returned directly to its manufacturer. HOBBYWING WARRANTY POLICY 

We would like to inform our customers that any warranty claims for HobbyWing products must be handled directly by HobbyWing. Dealers are not authorized to handle warranty claims on behalf of the customers. Therefore, if you have any issues with your HobbyWing product, please contact HobbyWing directly to process your warranty claim. THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and must be unused and in the original package for a full refund or credit.

Refunds will be processed 1-2 days after we receive the product back.

If you are shipping a return back, you MUST CALL, or E-MAIL US FIRST in order to get an authorization. Please Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded.
